Veterans Memorial Monolith Engraving Request

Wood Dale residents, businesses, or families of veterans may submit engraving requests for the Veterans Memorial monolith at any time.  

Full payment must be made before the order is given to the monument engraver. Cost is factored based on the number of characters (name, branch of service, etc.) provided. Once the request has been submitted, the City will contact the engraver and provide a quote. At that time, you will be able to make the check to the City of Wood Dale. Note that weather may cause delays with the engraver.
